fatal exception using find icon

Whenever I search using the "find" icon I get a "fatal exception" and the clie restarts. Any suggestions? Should I install a "find" hack?

There's a built-in "Find" application that should do this for you, you shouldn't need to install a hack for it to work. Have you removed anything stored in ROM using JackSprat?

Try doing some resets (soft/warm/hard) and see what happens. Make sure you synchronize your handheld with your PC prior to a hard reset since it erases all of your data and 3rd party applications/hacks.
