i300 locked with a password

The battery in my phone came out and when the Palm OS restarted, it had erased all my data (!). No problem, I think (well, there IS a problem with that, but I have more pressing issues), I'll just HotSync it up and rebuild it. Wrong.

Now I'm being prompted for a password and I have NEVER used a password!! I tried doing a hard reset on the phone and it still asks for a password; I even chose "lost password" -- it *says* the password is set to the default, but I don't know what the "default" IS!!!

Any help?

Hello:

I have a I330. On my phone, after it was setup by the carrier, the last four digits of the phone was my password. Hope that helps.

if that is not the solution then you will have to go to a sprint store with as servic etech to have him reset the <NAM>
