I just recently purchased the above software for my m130, but cannot download the puzzles. I have the manual but it doesn't help. Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

First, let me say that I have absolutely no experience with the program in question.
That said, you were not very specific as to what your difficulty is. Are you having problems downloading the NY Times daily puzzles through a conduit to the internet, or just downloading and installing additional .puz puzzles.
I don't know if the manual you speak of is the same as the online version, but the instructions I viewed at the link below seemed to be quite thorough. Take a look and see if these are more helpful:
