Question to user of Lotus EasySync Pro

Hi all!

I just installed Lotus EasySync Pro (v4.0, French version) on my office desktop with Lotus Notes R4.6 (English version).
My Pocket PC is Toshiba e740 English (US) version.

It installed OK and I started to sync already. The Contacts, Calendar and Task are sync'ed properly.

But, the Lotus emails are sync'ed and put in the Draft folder in the Pocket PC. I can't find the correct setting (if any) so that the mails are put in the INBOX.

Furthermore... not only the sync'ed mails are put in the Draft folder in the e740, but also the FROM header is not displayed properly (instead, some strange characters are displayed). TO & SUBJECT headers and Message Body are OK.

Any body with similar experience and solution? (if this is really a problem after all...).

Hi there,

At our office we are using two Palms (one Zire and a V) and two Toshiba's e335 for synchronizing with Lotus Notes V5. Everything works fine with EasySync Pro. I don't know the solution to your problem, but here are a few tips:

1) Download the latest version of EasySync Pro, which is 4.1 (WE are using 4.1 English)

2) Check your settings in the EasySync Pro manager. Look specifically at the settings at the tab Filters, Mappings and Data Sources.

3) Try synchronizing with a full synchronisation.
