pocket pc to palm

Hi i am a medical student and palm os hasalot of medical program is there is a prgram that i can use on any pocket pc that can accept any palm os software.or i just have to buy a plam.i needed to buy pocket pc because you can brwose the internt from anywhere and you can play mp3 other palm doesnot play mp3 or movies

There has to be a reader or conversion program for win ce 2.0 to read medical software available for palm OS. There are planty of medical texts for palm, but not as many for win ce/Power PC. I'd hate to sink any more cash into buying software for a different OS.
