Ipaq->Axim/Synch/Multiple Computers

I switched from an Ipaq to an Axim. I used to synch to 2 computers at one time with no problem. Axim is setup with the partnership on bother computers, and is synching with the work one just fine. When I set it up on the second (home) computer, it recognizes that it hasn't synched before, but only gives me 3 options:
Combine Items on my device with the items on this computer
Replace items on my device with the items on my computer
do not synchronize

What I want is to replace items on my computer with items on my device, I think. If I do the combine, I think it will duplicate everything.

Should I just kill what's on my home computer and do the combine, thus forcing everything to my device and figure out what I lost from there?

I would try the 3rd setting first. No sync. Once the devices are connected, go into the options in ActiveSync and see if offers you more solution. Not sure this will work, but it's worth a shot.

I did the third setting first and checked the options - nothing. I remember back in my palm days gave me the other options.

my ax is synced with both my work and home computers. i chose to combine the information and then the program will advise you as to what files are duplicated and ask whether you want to keep them.
worse case if you lost information you will have it on your work or home computer whichever was your starting point.

I also have my ax sync'd to both home and work. I initialy started at work with a guest account. Then switched to a partnership. Home ME work Win2K. I have it to the combened setting.
