Today my palm crashed and it totally hung up. I removed one battery so it lost contact and put it back right after. My Palm hard reseted. When I tried to get my files back using HotSync it failed. It asks password and user then it says "HotSync failed". I tried to hard reset again, but it didn't help. When I tried hard reset third time palm crashed and I had to soft reset( :rolleyes: ). I have hard reseted and copied files back succesfully before so what's wrong now? :confused:
