I can't imagine the powers that be have much traing in Sales. They could be some of the worst communicators ever seen. I still haven't heard a cogent argument why a combined and convoluted board makes more sense than individual unit forums. Perhaps some common groupings would be acceptable (series III, V, etc.), but this unwieldy monstrosity is perplexing to say the least.
