Had to hard reset my e330 yesterday. When I restored my data an programs from my backup file I found that there are 14 items in the Start menu. That is 5 over the limit.

I went to the menu function in the setting tab and tried to delete from the start menu some of the items that I don't need there. Found that many of them are listed twice with one checked and the other unchecked.

Attempted to uncheck those items that I don't want on the start menu and got this message. "Unable to move that item". What gives here?

Do I need to hard reset and then begin to add programs etc rather than restoring from the back up set?

Any help would be appreciated.

Items appearing in Start Menu are in folder "Windows\Start Menu"
Use File Explorer to move entries. You can create any structure or grouping!

Hope this helps!

Modify those items in that folder"windows\start menu", as your wish. Do it, it's interesting!!!
