Help! date book wont sync

Help!

I have a problem with my Clie S360. I can no longer sync the datebook with microsoft outlook. I am using Windows 2000 service pack 2 on my machine. Everytime I do a hot sync, everything else syncs fine, but when it comes to the date book, it just hangs there..it looks like its transfering data, but its not...it eventually times out after an hour. I've gone to Sony's sight, and downloaded the patch that keeps the clie from timing out...

But nothing seems to help. Any ideas??????

Have you looked at your HotSync log to see if it gives any other information? Can you go back in the log to a time when it was working to see what the comment was?
Sometimes this type of problem is a registry error on the conduit other times it is the setting of the conduit. Frequently removing and reinstalling the software will fix the problem.
You may want to contact the software provider for the Outlook conduit you are using. I use Chapura's PocketMirror and their Tech support is super responsive.
