Jenny,

I think all he was saying was that this isn't a forum to distribute serial numbers and pirated software. I personally don't care whether you use illegal software or not(I'm certainly not an angel in that respect) and I doubt he really does too. Getting serial numbers for software is easy, you just looked the wrong place. :)

Would have to agree with b0gart, most of us are not angels, but for cracks & codes on an open forum.......?

Keep trying, Jenny, you'll get what you're after in time.

Stay cool.

Greetings;

jenny571 I was only saying what b0gart said "this isn't a forum to distribute serial numbers and pirated software." Those are the rules here, I abide by them and expect you to also. I was not giving attitude for the posting just stating fact, I would appeciate some slack.
As for the issue as to the means as to how I have aquired software in the past is not the point here. I am not above anyone here and am just one of you, so I have done things you all have done. As for the "he" I am a 36 year old male so the question of my gender has been answered.
Please keep a good attitude here I am only trying to help.

Greetings:

Jenny my posting was not to make you "eat humble pie". I was just voicing my position in the matter, I was not trying to humble you at all. I apologize for any excess attitude on my part.

No probs. I understand and withdraw my opening statement. Can't explain the reason for the bad behaviour on my behalf. Just the way I am. However, as menioned earlier, I understand that I cannot go around on this forum asking people for serial numbers etc. (unless I do it in a very clever way :-))

Thanks

Jenny

This is a topic I have seen come up again and again. Whats interesting is how some people cant look at the larger picture, in why a site must restrict or censor anything in relations to illegal material, not to keep good face in particular, but to keep their site since most hosting providers ( least nearly all in the US ) , dont allow storage of that kind of content. Also the fourms is not a peer-to-peer base service like file sharing. Thus if one member provides a link or serial number. That information is being stored directly off their website, as a result they could possibly lose their hosting if not immediatly removed. So for most sites, its never been a high and mighty deal, that they can actually pay for their software and such, they just cannot endorse or host materials allowing others to obtain software in a not-so-legal manner.

(PS: I glanced through the thread, so I may have missed a comment or two )
