I was wondering if it would be possible to perform a remote activesync via my wireless connection. I am connected to my work laptop which is connected to a VPN to my companies Intranet. I am not sure if the wireless will be able to connect to the Activesync due to me being on the VPN.
Can some help me?

If the laptop is listed under your Active Sync settings as a "include PC..." then it should not matter as long as your laptop is reachable brom the network the PPC is on. It doesn't matter if the laptop has a VPN running unless that VPN prevents the correct Outlook settings from loading and such...
If you have to type a password when you put the PPC in the cradle, then you will need to select "Save Password" then try to wireless sync.

That seems to be the problem. When I get onto the VPN from my laptop, it changes the IP address of the pc and it is NOT accessible from any of the other network devices in the house. So, I guess to answer my question, NO, it won't work.
Thanks for you help and clarification.

I routinely sync using WiFi. To do so, you will have to go to Settings, Connections, Connections and set the third (bottom) drop down to read "My network card connects to: Work."

uMM vpN. The problem is related to your TCP protocol. When you connect via VPN your current TCP stack seems to be disabled and the VPN uses its Own (ecryption and all) I noticed this on my own machine as my webserver and ICQ drop when I connect via VPN. A possbile solution would be to use something other than TCP to sync... don't know if this is possbile but its worth a look into.

to hpinstaller and Brian_S:
I guess you are using MS VPN client,if it's the case then you just need to go to the properties of Your VPN connection, network properties, TCP settings, advanced, remove the check from "Use default gatway on remote..."
This will allow you to serf the Internet and use ICQ etc... while connected to the VPN.
