Problems w/checking e-mail

When I try to check my mail, I get the following message:

Fatal Alert
StringMgr. C, Line: 114, NULL string passed
Reset

To make the message go away, I have to reset. I'm running Multimail v. 1.2
Can someone tell me what this alert means? I have a Palm i705.

It looks like a problem with the program. You might want to try reinstalling it. I'm not quite sure though because I have not used the i705 or that piece of software. Good luck.
