what are the best movie formats to view in PPC windows media? i have a 3950 and have ripped a dvd and converted a small piece of chapter 7 into mpeg, when i copyed the file to device it converted it into whatever PPC windows media reads, though ive noticed jumping and very bad quality playing. should this happen with the 400mhz processor?

For best quality. regular mpeg format, using pockettv to play them
