Hello,
I'm new here as well as a new user of palm m130 (and i'm french so please apologize for my english :o ).
Do I have a possibility to play music on my m130?
I read about this in a magazine but I can't find it again.
Thx for your answers
Bye
Anne:)
They make an add-on for an mp3 player, but from what I hear/read it is very expensive and not really worth it. You would be better off with a stand alone mp3 player or maybe even look into the sony pda models. btw, your english is great :)

You can play music. I have a Palm m130 and I do it. Understand that it is not going to be CD quality though. Go to: www.netmite.com and download the audiplayer You can go to www.palmgear.com and download music for it as well. The music is not mp3 it is .wav format I have about 4 songs and use an SD card... music eats up memory. Use a program like Powerun to play your music off of your SD card... you can save alot of memory on your palm by doing that. Believe me.. using these 2 programs will make you happy... thank me later..
Oh yeah... www.netmite.com has a converter so you can convert your favorite songs to play on your palm. The truth is out there.... buy a Sony or an mp3 player...please.. that is funny. If you want a few songs to listen to.. then you will be ok. If you want 5,000 songs.. then buy a hard drive based player. Oh.. I have been to Paris, Lyon, Marseilles and passed through Versaille. Vive Le legion Etranger!!!

The truth is out there.... buy a Sony or an mp3 player...please.. that is funny. no what is funny is that wave files are rediculously big usualy and the idea of only having enough music to get me half way to work
In addition to the fact that wavs are just too big, the clicking and sound quality aren't that great on the audioplayer.
