Well, before I start, I'd just like to tell everyone that me and my Axim's one week aniversary is this Friday.(so send gifts):p

Anyway, I almost bought a WIFI card but I just learned that the only WAP at our school is on a cart with laptops which can only go within 150 feet of it. So thats a no. But, the network guy at the school told me if i got a RJ45(ethernet) card, I could be hardwired into the network. Now, heres my question... anyone know where i can find a RJ45 CF card?? Or even if they make them?

Thanks in advance.

It's too bad about the wireless situation. There are RJ45 cards which will fit in the CF slot. You will most likely see them in stores where notebook computers are sold. Pocket PCs should be able to use RJ45 cards which are NE2000 compatible. However, some manufacturers supply their own drivers for Pocket PCs. Make sure you get the CF size and not the PC Card size. I personally use an Apollo 10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN Card.

ps: how do you like the Axim? I dropped and crashed my Jornada 525 and it's time for a replacement, and have been looking at the Axim quite fondly.

I have a small network through a cable router and I use a Trendnet 10/100 Ethernet CF card and it works great. I bought it on eBay for $40.00. You can get more information from their website at Trendware.com Thanks. :)
