Hi,
I want ti buy a PDA and I think Clie T615 has a better price than Palm M515 and better resolution too.
I need to know if the 320x320 is working for all classic applications (such as Address book) and I can view 4 times as I can view on 160x160.
Also I need to know if there is memory stick problems , and if I can keep it all the time in the device even if I turn it ON or OFF.
Thanks

Great choice. I really believe that Sony devices give you much more value then the current Palm lineup.
Hi res (320 x 320) doesn't work on all built in apps, to the best of my knowledge. However, most replacement apps., such as Datebk5, Supernames, etc. do support hi res, and give you much more data on the same size screen.
(Check out this link, which talks about the NR but it also applies to the T series: http://www.med.unc.edu/~greena/back2palm/nr70wins_screens.html )
You can't actually view 4 times as much info, for the simple reason that the text would be so small you wouldn't be able to read it. You can, however, read MUCH more data then on a Palm device.
Also, yeah, I leave my Memory Stick in the device at all times. Doesn't hurt it at all. The problem with memory sticks is on the NR devices, the T series , both the T615 and the T665 don't have any memory stick probs.
Hope this helps!

As Josh pointed out there is a need to determine just how much you personally can see. In my case even though I have always liked SONY products. But my eyes do better on the Palm 515 because system fonts, such as the hour of the day on the calendar, are one pixel wide and one pixel on a Palm is twice as wide as one pixel on the 320x320 SONY.
I have also been concerned by the rapid turn over in models at SONY. The 70 series just came out a few months ago but SONY is already deleting it from their offerings. I suppose you could say they are just so creative that as soon as they put all they have into one unit, they have a newer idea! If you buy when they first come out you really pay dearly, then a few months later the same unit is on close out.
It's hard to figure out what they are doing.
