vertical lines 3A

Hi,

I have a problem with my psion 3a. I see vertical lines on the screen. The reason is the following, the cable between the 'keyboard' and the screen is broken inside.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I can do a lot with my own hands..so..

I get a psin 3A with a broken wingle, so I opened it...opened my owm psion...now I am working on it..I think that next week my psion has a new life!
