Does Pocket PC feed into any Voice Recognition software

I am a new Pocket PC user and use Dragon Naturally Speakinig 6.0 for my VR software. Can the recordings I capture on the PDA feed into the VR software?

I would like to know the same thing or hear from any developers working on this. I know there are some shareware apps that will interpret simple commands, but nothing that will create Word or contacts, etc. I would like to convert my technophobe dad who has been using paper-based Day-Timer for 35 years.
