HotSync Problem: Palm Desktop 4.0 on Mac

Hi,

I just installed Palm Desktop 4.0 on my Mac (G3). It installed fine, but there's something wrong with the HotSync Manager---when I open up the Setup window, and click on the Connection Settings tab, there is...nothing. The whole window is blank. So I can't set my sync to local, or change the speed, or anything, because the the options are all missing.

Does anyone know what might be wrong? Any thoughts at all would be greatly appreciated!

Btw: I am running Mac OS 9.2.1 on my G3.

here, same hardware (mac g3) with same software...there is strictly no problems.... you might try to re-install the whole package...unless some etensions are in conflict...it may happen as well.....

Are you by any chance using one of the old G3s, beige tower? (I am.) Just curious. Thanks for replying, this is really good to know. So it must be something with the extensions, I guess, since everything else is identical.

not a tower but g3 500(or may be 600) mh imac black. os is 9.2.2 and palm desktop 4.0.

did you plug direct on the unit your tt or is it plugged thru the keyboard or some hub ?
