Are there any other good sites to get software, or an official ipaq site? Jeff B 02-06-2003, 07:52 AM I've been trying out Thunderhawk (www.bitstream.com). It's the only way I can get at my web e-mail. It's a little clunky, but when it's running well - it blows Pocket IE away. AHPDA 02-06-2003, 09:18 AM Thunderhawk is real nice, but $50 "per year" is kind of a silly price to pay for a pocket pc based web browser. AnswerDude 02-06-2003, 10:00 AM Thunderhawk is more of a combination of browser and a service, you connect to their server and retrieve web pages from them. The other alternative to PIE is Netfront. http://www.access.co.jp/english/ppc/ As for good sites to get software; http://www.ipaqsoft.net Jeff B 02-06-2003, 03:49 PM Netfront is better than IE, but if you want to get at corporate e-mail sites, Thunderhawk is the only answer I've found. No argument that $50/year is steep, but it beats carrying a laptop through the airport. PDA Street
