I just bought an Intermec 6651 HPC, and since it runs CE3.0 on a MIPS processor, there isn't a version of AOL for CE 2.0 that supports it. I don't need web browsing, i just need to be able to access my mail. Of course, AOL yanked the download for AOL 1.0 for CE to make room for the version that they charge $20 for. If you happen to have AOL 1.0 CE, if you could drop me a line at isobutane@aol.com, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

are you sure AOL doesn't work for HPC2000? is is a processor thing? I am interested in buying their $20 version, and how sure are you it doesn't work? It looks like it will work...

It is with the 2.0 version of AOL that I purchased from Handango for my Jornada (that I sold) that I tried...it is not supposed to support the HPC2000 OS at all, but there is a HPC2000/ARM CAB file that is supposed to work with a Jornada 720. I tried the MIPS.cab file, but there is no HPC2000 version of it in the software package. I have decided to put my Intermec 6651 back up for sale on Ebay since i cannot use it in the manner I wished.

If you look down 12 or 13 threads on this board, there is a user who apparently has the MIPS version of AOL 1.0 that he was willing to email to a requester.
Maybe you should contact him . . .
