Screen Brightness

A quick question.
When I turn on my PDA, I set the screen brightness to the highest intensity. Sometimes it remains that way, other times it goes back to the lowest setting.
Any clues on how to make the highest setting stay or is this some sort of power saving feature?

The power saver feature automatically dims the screen after a set period that the device is idle. You can change that period by going into "settings/brightness" then go to the "battery power" tab.
