Tweaking Contacts

Anyone know how I can modify the native headings under Contacts. I know I can set up a separate database with something like HandiBase, but I would really just like to change about 50% of the headings that came with my Ipaq 5455 to something more useful without adding more real estate. (My Palm Pilot had an option for "user defined" headings which let me customize them for my business. That's about the only thing that I miss).
