Nino Turns Itself On at Noon and Midnight

My 320 wakes itself up at 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight for no apparent reason. It does this whether it's in the cradle or on battery power. No appointments with reminders are set. If the unit is powered on when 12:00 arrives nothing out of the ordinary occurs. Any ideas what's going on?

its more microsoft rubbish!!! at noon and midnight, every microsoft handheld, be it pocket pc, palm sized pc, hand held. The reason is so that the device can lign up up and coming tasks and apointments coming up in the next few hours. you should set the nino to turn off automatically if not used in 10 minutes. It stops it waising battery when this happens
