WinVNC HELP?????

I'm trying to control/view my destop with my Ipaq using WinVNC and VNCview334. When I first installed it it seemed to work ok, but now it doesn't work at all. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if there is a different/better way to do this. I'm on xp home. ANY help would be GREAT
