Cannot register Agenda+ ???

I want to register Agenda+ for more features, but everytime I call the number listed, no one picks up the phone.

I do not want to give my creditcard info on the web.

Anyone has any such issues or has anyone here successfully registered Agenda+

I assume you are referring to Fatcatz' Agenda Plus? When are you trying to phone them. They are based in Taiwan so if you are phoning from the UK you need to take the different time zones into account.

Although you may not be keen to pay over the net, you will probably find this the best and most secure way of registering this type of software. I have registered several pieces of software from them over the net using my credit card and everything has been fine. Remember, most credit card companies, now provide guarantees against net fraud so check with your card operator first.

Before entering your details onto the web page, make sure a yellow padlock appears in the bottom right tool bar of the browser window (Internet Explorer). On opera 5.14 for you 7 series, a padlock will appear in the bottom left and this will be displayed closed with three green boxes next to them. 128bit is currently the highest used on the majority of payment sites. Fatcatz website uses SSL during the ordering and card details section of theirs.
