Wireless and normal LAN PCMCIA cards for J720

I have owned a Jornada 720 for some time, and have bought many PCMCIA cards that simply havent worked on my unit, and the lack of software support for Smart cards is dissapointing!

I am looking for two things;

a wireless LAN card
a normal LAN card (100mbps)

Does anyone know which makes and models are supported?
