How to DISABLE iPAQ nav. buttons from bring it to power-on state

Can anyone plse tell me if there is a prog. or a way to disable the 4 buttons on iPAQ H1910 so they won't turn on the power accidentally when they are pressed... (I want to be able to use only the power-on button to bring the unit to power-on state)
