HELP! AC adapter from Radio Shack for MP770

Does anyone know which AC adapter from Radio Shack will work with an MP770? Or, what tip config (outside neg, outside pos) & voltage (3,6,9,12) & milliAmps required?

I just got an MP770 of the 'bay that supposedly works, but it won't turn on & I'm hoping that batt is just drained.

In case any of you are looking, there are a few adapters that seem to work at Radio Shack. Get an AC to DC, 9v 1000mA (or more BUT NOT LESS) adapter with an adaptaplug that fits (I *think* it was plug "b"), and set it so the "tip" is +.

Seems to work okay so far!
