Propery Battery Charging Precautions

Hi, what would be the proper battery charge precautions?

1) Let it drop to 5% before charging back up to 100%
2) Let it drop halfway (50%) before charging it back up
3) Keep it above 90% at all times.

Just curious to what's the proper way for extended battery life of my PPC. I just got it yesterday, so now was a good time to ask..

Ion batterys have no memory like nikad's do, dont worry with it, it should last about 1000 charges + or - (3years), by that time toshiba will have venders around the US doing battery swap out for you at a norminal charge (If you dont loose or break your unit by then). I charge mine with my cell phone daily, I back it daily using activesync, try to reset it once a week before backups.
