Hello...
I have two Blackberry users (the CEO and one VP) who have a common complaint. Is it possible to set up a "reply to" address on the Blackberry so any e-mail that is sent or replied to from the Blackberry is replied to their desktop account?
In case I'm not being clear, say an email is sent to a@b.com. Their e-mail is delivered to their desktop at a@b.com but is also redirected/copied to a@blackberry.com. Now they want to reply to a message using their Blackberry. The reply is sent from a@blackberry.com and all responses only go to the Blackberry. I want to set them up so that any responses or new e-mail created on their Blackberry have a "reply to" address of a@b.com.
I am using Exchange Server 5.5 but no BES. I have the users set up with alternate e-mail recipients that redirects all e-mail to their Blackberry as well as their desktop e-mail accounts.
Thanks for any help!
Bill
