OS Upgrade Problem

Having problem upgrading to 4.1. M500 stops during upgrade process. No lost data, but no upgrade either. Tried several times using downloaded Palm instructions. Any ideas?

I had to upgrade to Desktop 4.1 before upgrading the Palm OS. Don't know why, but it worked.

Hi I called Palm Support in Canada (Thanks Marcia) and it turned out I wasn't holding the button long enough after releasing the Reset Button. Simple in concept after thinking I 'broke' it.
