Backup Power Being Used?

Is it normal for the Backup Battery to be used occasionally? Even when there is Still Main Battery power? I left my Axim overnight on the counter and when I returned today, I noticed that the reading is (as follows):

Main battery: 91%
Backup battery: 80%

not really true... a lot of people complained about their dell showing backup better being less than 100% and I believe this is some sort of bug...

80% seems to be the going rate on the backup battery. Mine has been on 8% since about a week after I turned it on. No problems. Don't worry about it until you get down under 50%. At that point buy yourself a battery.
