I finally received long awaited Axim X5 400Mhz! I was able to load the Outlook without any problems. However, when time came for SYNC, it did not work. It came back with "not connected" reply. I checked cables and all were connected properly. What am I doing wrong? NEED BIG TIME HELP!:(

Did you load activesync, with the Axim USB Driver. That helps alot with W2K O/S. You can find the driver in the Dell Support section, after you log in with your service ticket number.

I had difficulty syncing at first, then discovered that the firewall (ZoneAlarm) and/or Adware were interferring. When I exited both, the sync worked.
