Hi There,

Being busy at work, at home, and as a president of a shooting club I have a lot of todo's.

Now I have looked at Todo+, Thought Manager and other outliners, DateBK 5, Agendus etc.

But there not what I am looking for:

I want a todo list that I can devide into several split lists without loosing the overview.

At this moment I am using Handyshopper for this:

I create databases like: colleages, dealers, endusers, private, club etc.

In these databases I create instead of shops names: and there I can write in my todo's. Total overview is there. And I can go onto personal level when talking to somebody. Alarmfunction is possible !.

What I would like is an app with just one level more: This way I would have an overview of ALL my todo's without going into each of my databases...

Can Handyshopper be adapted?
Does anybody have an idea?

Thanks for thinking, ROnald

Try the outliner ... Bonsai.
It has a link to ToDo's which I use all the time.

http://www.palmgear.com/software/showsoftware.cfm?prodID=42044

A daily summary of to do`s, apointments,e-mails etc.

Don`t know if it will work the way you want it to though.

Also know of a programme that enables you to score on your Palm with IPSC if you are interested.

Hi Ron,
If I understand your situation correctly then Handyshopper might do just what you are looking for. I do something similar, I believe. What you can do is use a single database and add the "to-do" tasks in. What you want to do then is create all of the CATEGORIES you would like to have and assign one for each of the to do items: colleagues, dealers, endusers, private, clubs etc. Then if you look at the list with ALL selected in the upper right corner, you will see all the categories together. Just Click and pick any one of the categories and your list is instantly filtered down to just that category. I hope this is of some help for you. It helps me sort out hundreds of items that I have to check off for various events at different times of the year.

have you tried Life Balance

the great thing about life balance is being able to set open times for places, so the list only shows you whats possible to be done at that point in time.

here's a link

it has a high learning curve but it's well worth it!
