Time Conversion (PST, EST etc)

I live in the Philippines and I bid on certain items on ebay. It is important to me to be notified when the auction will end, however, the time given in ebay is PST i think. Is there a program, which, when I enter a PST, EST or whater time, that it will convert it to when that time actually is in my territory?

Couldn't you just select a city in the PST time zone in your World Clock app & then you would know? I think you can select 2 other cities besides your own location.

I have a program called City Time that also shows you the time in 4 different cities. It also has a world map display & when you tap on the map it tells you the city name & current time. It has a time calculator function that will do what you want.
