Kyocera 6035 installation problems

I have downloaded some of the programs from PalmBlvd to try out, but every time I try to install them, I get an Install Tool Error: "Unknown Error! -519". Can any one tell me why this is occuring, and what I can do to resolve this issue? Thanks much for any help.

I have downloaded some "trial" software at PalmBlvd., unzipped the programs, and when I double click on the prc files to add them to the folder for syncing, or try to add them from the sync manager, I get a pop-up screen that is titled "Install Tool Error",
and the message box says "Unknown Error! -519". I can't install anything to the palm.

back up all of your files then do a hard reset (hold the rester button on the back and try to turn on the power at the same time.)

try your instal again, make sure you have no expansion cards in the slot.
if this doesnt work email me back.
