Its like a sheath for the tungsten. It is really slim and if you don't mind removing the TT to use it, it is very cool. there is a belt loop on the back. ( the kind you have to halfway remove you belt to put on). It will NEVER fall off and the secure flap is velcro. Hope this helps out.
