I need some help fellas!

I recently downloaded Adobe Reader for PalmOS. The download and install went fine. Transferred .pdf files to the Palm with no problem. The problem is, the reader is not showing any .pdf files on the handheld. If I go to dropdown menu there is no place to open a file or do anything else. I downloaded the manual but that does no good because it says there is supposed to be things on the drop-down menu that aren't there. Adobe has absolutely no customer service, only a $25 phone call. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hey tuffguy, I've saw ya around and your so good at answearing questions I'm surprised that you had to post, anyways I would say to make sure you have the conduit turned on in the hotsync manager, otherwise your doing everything right.:D

Thanks for the vote of confidence Trinity. :)

Hotsyncing is not the issue unfortunately. I think I will try reinstalling the app this weekend. I'm guessing there was an error somewhere in the process of downloading/installing. Thats one of the problems with dial-up internet--you get more errors downloading.

I installed acrobat reader on my palm and had the same problem. I then realised that I had to transfer the normal pdf file from my pc and convert it through the acrobat reader for palm on the desktop before it would actually transfer. Once that is done properly, as soon as you open the reader icon on your palm, the heading is there automatically, you shouldnt need to find it. Dont know if that is any help or not, good luck with reinstalling.
