Email client compatible with a hosted MS exchange service

I have a Palm M515 with bluetooth card, a Nokia bluetooth phone and a GPRS connection. I need an email client that will allow me to connect to the exchange server directly when out on the road (ie not via a hot-sync).

When connecting a PC to the exchange server, I need to write a 'hosts' file to map the IP address of the server to a server name.

Any suggestions?
