I have a problem connecting my Velo 1 with my Windows XP desktiop computer. I'm sure you all heard about this problem before, but I just cant find a solution.
Whenever I install HPC explorer i get an error on something called RAS (Remote Access Something) and the desktop cant find my serial port for connection. If i try to use ActiveSync 3.5 the port is found, but the unit (My Velo1) isn't.
What can i do?
