Infrared problems

Whenever i try to use the infrared function on my 3850 it never seems to work.

The device seems to recognise what ever I point it at, for example if I try and beam a document to my HP Laserjet 2100 the iPaq recognises the printer, but each time the beaming fails!

Likewise if I try and Infrared to my Laptop the connection fails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

You can not print from the ipaq to the ir printer without 3rd party software, sorry. You need something like this:
