Can someone give me directions how to connect to the internet with the i330 using my own isp?
I tried blazer and it keeps directing me to the pnone/internet prefrences which goes to the sprint isp...
Any helpful comments or direction would be appreciated!!
Thanks in advance!!

go to prefs,
select connection ,
set for wirless cdma modem
click to network
choose service provider
enter user name
assign password (if you donty it will cause some delay on connection)
set connection to wireless cdma modem
set phone number for local isp.
establish a wisp account with an isp and you should be set
just click on browse web and it should start up.

I followed your instructions...
I tried to connect in blazer and it said to go to provisions...
Which I did and now each time it connects to my isp...
The i330 locks up solid waiting for a reset.
So far this i330 has locked up randomly while using the phone feature. Maybe we have a lemon here???
We got rid of the previous Kyocera because it was constantly locking up while using the phone. Any Ideas??
TIA:confused:

this has been a bit of a problem for some i300/i330 phones, back up your files, do a hard reset, and restart
if you still have problems then take your phone to the nearest pcs store w/tech repairs....at that point you would have a lemon
the modems and connections in the i330 are not as good as the i300 because they tried to make the units cheaper to help boost profits, many are having problems after a short time of usage.
