One word....


...GREAT!

The first time I called Dell (December 27th) around 3:00 P.M. EST, I was connected in less than 5 minutes. After about 10 minutes of speaking with a representative, they put a replacement pack of styli (because mine came broke) on order. 3 days later I received them.

The second time I called Dell was around mid January and was because all of my screen protectors were what i thought to be scratched. After about 5-10 minutes I was connected and about 15 minutes after I made the call, a new pack of screen protectors were on there way. 4 days later I received them.

The third and most recent time I calle Dell was 4 days ago at about 5:15 P.M. EST. It was because my CF card I purchased from Dell was corrupt. This time, about 2 minutes later I was connected and 10 minutes after I made the call a new 128mb CF card was on it's way. I received the CF card today (even though there was 30" of snow on the ground)

What I am trying to say is Dell's customer service can be bad at times...but in all three of my cases Dell's customer service was the best I ever dealt with!
