Catagories

I recently got an iPAQ H3955, synced my Outlook (XP) Address Book, and now I have so many catagories on my contact list, that it is a pain to try to find who I'm looking for. Is there a way to edit out unwanted catagories without opening each contact individually.

I'm assuming you mean the drop down list under the Contacts start bar. Click "More..." at the bottom of this list and use the Add/Delete tab to remove the unwanted categories.
