I have a IBM workpad c3 which is a clone of the PalmV. Most of the accessories I've purchased for my workpad are palm accessories including a Minstrel Wireless modem.
The only problem - the modem won't work with any Palm OS less than 3.3. I've searched everywhere for a 3.3 download of the Palm OS and it reroutes me back to the Palm website, says there is no link there and says i need to pay $30 for the palm 4.0 upgrade.
Does anyone know where I can find a Palm 3.3 upgrade. I really don't want to put much more money into this unit. The Workpad was a gift and I paid $25 for this modem from ebay (and it was brand new). If I have to pay money for a new OS for my palm I might as well just get a Palm Viix and be done with it.
Anyone have a working link for the Palm 3.3 download. http://www.download.com AND http://www.hotfiles.com both go back to Palm's website.
