Now I can't find the file....

Okay - so, I listened to how to move the file and I am assuming I have success. I have Acrobat Reader on the card, but I do not see the file I put on there either in Acrobat or just on the card.

Do I still need yet another program to view this document? I tried to use Mobipocket Office Assistant, but it was far too slow for the larger files - at least I think - I may have done something wrong - I will still try to use that program since it let me keep the highlights like in the original text.

Thanks for you help everyone.... this is not the only text file I have lost.

If you are looking for lost files I suggest downloading filez at:

It Freeware!

This will search your internal memory as well as your external memory.

It is helpful due to the fact that when you delete programs from your palm using the built-in delete function often "bits" of the program can remain within the memory.

Filez will allow you to delete, move, copy, edit, etc... your files as well as create a system back-up. The back-up will be stored on your external memory card.

If you want a more extensive file manager try myWorkbench from www.toysoft.com .

It cost $10 but is well worth it!

This should tell you if the Acrobat Reader file downloaded properly.
