I'm trying to read some PDFs on my iPAQ 3970 running PocketPC 2002 and Acrobat Reader 1.0 from the CD.
The PDFs are scans of text. Specifically, they are Dijkstra's numbered manuscripts. For example, here's a three page one:
EWD 1227 (http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/EWD/ewd12xx/EWD1227.PDF)
I let the system tag the document when I copied it onto the mobile device.
The text is too tiny to read!!
How can I make it bigger?
Also, I'd like to be able to flow the text so it fills the small screen without scrolling. I understand that might not work with a PDF containing scanned text.
Also, can Acrobat Reader display the document sideways? That should be possible even with scanned PDFs.
I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the software. I paid a lot of money for this device, and I find the readers (Acroread, MS Reader) are Version 1.0 and have almost no features. While the Palm devices aren't as nice, the software sure is better!
