macro5 cannot understand instructions

HI All

Have uploaded macro5 to my 5mx but cannot get it to work. I find the instruction unfathomable (Maybe something lost in translation from french )

Does anyone know if there is a clearer version of instructions avaoilable anywhere or any good sites with some pointers.

Anything that would help me out would be much appreciated.

Palmtop Magazine did a 6-part series of tutorials on Macro 5 - it ran from Issues 32-37, just before the change to Palmtop User.

They're offering a good package deal on back issues, and there's a ton of other useful stuff in there, so it might be worth investing. :)

You might want to try Merlin from http://www.neuon.com .

It is a very sophisticated macro launcher, etc. that allows for customizable app or doc specific toolbars. These toolbars can be collapsed and repositioned at will.

Its a must have on my Mako.

Stef, I had the same problem when I first tried Macro5. I ended up writing myself a MS Word document explaining what I did so that I'd have something to fall back on if I ever forgot what to do. I could send it to you if you'd like. I *think* you click on the Profile button on my reply and there you can send me an e-mail.
